Overview

The city of Harrington, Del. adopts and enforces the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2012 edition. Harrington, Del. Ord. #15-02, § 102-1 (adopted) with § 102-2 (revisions).
• The International Residential Code, 2012 edition. Harrington, Del. Ord. #15-02, § 102-3 (adopted) with § 102-4 (revisions).
• The International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 edition. Harrington, Del. Ord. #15-03, § 305-1 (adopted).
